We hope you love our tuning forks as much as we do.  But if for any reason you are not happy, you're welcome to return your purchase.  All orders are required to be returned within 28 days of receipt.  Remember, we only accept returned items which are unused and in their original packaging. 

 

In case you have changed your mind about a purchase, or if you are dissatisfied with a product, please email aurasoundsuk@gmail.com and complete the returns form that will be sent to you.  Please ensure the product is undamaged and in the original packaging and return to us by insured mail to cover liability in case the item is not received.  You will be responsible for posting back to the address given on the returns form.  Unless the item was damaged in transit prior to delivery, the original postage costs will not be refunded when processing your refund.

For items that are in stock, we aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually between 1 to 2 working days of receiving it.  Items that are not in stock can take up to 3 weeks to be made and dispatched (usually within 2 weeks).  All orders are sent tracked, you will receive your tracking number in the order despatch email and the package will require a signature.  UK orders are shipped by Hermes delivery service and international orders are sent by Royal Mail.
